HSB - A RECAP BY CHEF IBRAHIM

The Hunters Beef read HSB is a Takeaway with the primary objective of providing homecooked food to its valued customers with a touch of professional culinary arts. The idea envisages safe food prepared in hygienic environment and yet giving its users a 5 star experience of a luxury cuisine.

Being from a humble Army Family my passion for cooking was taken as anomalous. Against all odds I decided to pursue my passion and after completing my graduation, I joined FITHMS (Federal Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management) and undertook a six months Chef and cooking course. Later, I did four months internship in Pearl Continental Hotel Rawalpindi (a Five Star Hotel in Pakistan). I was then offered a job in the same hotel and kept on probation for six months followed by an appointment as Commis / Cook 2 for a period of nine months.

FAMILIAR CUISINES

I am totally familiar with Pakistani / Indian cuisines to include urban and rural dishes both meat and vegetarian and am confident with staple food of traditional Italian cuisine to include Pasta, macaroni, lasagne, stake grilled chicken, soups both cream and clear.  A few Chinese dishes to include Chow Mein, Chinese fried rice and sweet and sour chicken/vegetable.  Can make a handful of salads and make fish in many styles. Got a special nag for Bar BQ, bakery items and can do bread, cookies and cakes. I remain poised for seeking a position as a Chef Assistant with any prestigious outfit utilizing my culinary and organizational skills to add to the taste definition of the hotel. Till then I intend giving to my community the best of what I have with the assurance of safety, the luxury of an elite and at a reasonably affordable price In sha Allah.
